Hussain Hasan is the national leader of technology risk consulting at RSM US LLP, with more than 25 years of experience advising organizations on digital risk, cybersecurity, privacy, and emerging technologies. He brings deep expertise in enterprise risk management, SOX, and corporate governance, helping boards translate complex technology issues into clear, actionable insights. 

A former member of RSM’s board of directors, Hussain offers firsthand governance experience, including advancing inclusion initiatives and supporting board effectiveness. He currently serves on RSM’s risk consulting leadership team and leads consulting for the Chicago office.
