Holly Gregory cochairs Sidley’s global Corporate Governance practice and co-leads its Chambers-recognized ESG and Crisis Management teams. Gregory played a key role in drafting the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance. She advised the Internal Market Directorate of the European Commission on corporate governance regulation and the joint OECD/World Bank Global Corporate Governance Forum on governance policy for developing and emerging markets. Gregory has served on multiple NACD Blue Ribbon Commissions; most recently, she was special advisor to the NACD Blue Ribbon Commission on The Future of the American Board. She has lectured and written extensively on governance topics and writes the governance column for Practical Law: The Journal. Gregory is a founding trustee, chair, and the immediate past president of the American College of Governance Counsel and an elected member of the American Law Institute. Gregory has been named to the NACD Directorship 100™ 17 times.
