Henna Karna currently serves as a mentor, advisor, and board member for select public and private boards including Essent Group, Hamilton Insurance Group, AAA NE (The Auto Club), Atsign Company, and the Creative Destruction Lab. A Harvard Fellow, Karna has pioneered leadership in data, analytics, and AI. Formerly at Google, she served as the general manager for Global Industry Solutions (Risk & Insurance). Prior to that, she was EVP, global chief data officer at AXA XL; chief business and information officer at AIG; and president of Verisk Digital Services at Verisk Analytics. Karna has built and transformed billion-dollar businesses by developing and stewarding first-in-class, sophisticated products leveraging AI, ML, NLP, LLM, and GA.
