
Gloria Cordes Larson

Gloria Cordes Larson is a respected lawyer, public policy expert, Boston business leader, and former university president. Following her eleven-year tenure as President of Bentley University, Larson served an additional sabbatical year as President in Residence at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of reacHIRE, a private company. Larson also serves on the boards of a number of national and regional non-profit organizations, including McLean Hospital (part of MGB); the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce (Executive Committee); UMass Global; Curry College; and NACD NE.
From 2007 until June 2018, Larson served as the President of Bentley University, located in Waltham, MA. During her tenure, Bentley achieved university status, was nationally recognized for its distinctive integration of business and the liberal arts, named a Top 10 undergraduate business school by Bloomberg Businessweek, and repeatedly ranked #1 in the country for both career services and internship programs by The Princeton Review. In recognition of her service, the Bentley Board of Trustees named the university’s Center for Women and Business in Larson’s honor.
