Eliza is responsible for driving operational excellence at ButcherBox. She oversees all aspects of the employee experience including talent & recruitment, human resources, learning and development, and culture systems while also driving organizational effectiveness and new growth initiatives. Prior to joining ButcherBox, Eliza served as the Associate Chief Operating and Founding Director Of Operations for Uncommon Schools. She earned her Doctorate & Master's Degree focused in Education Leadership from Teachers College of Columbia University.
