Ed Magee is an independent director at WD-40 Company, where he serves on the audit, compensation, and finance Committees. He also chairs NACD Nashville and serves on the Smithsonian's SITES | Affiliations Advisory Board and the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of Middle Tennessee. Magee is chief operating officer of Belmont University's Thomas F. Frist Jr. College of Medicine and professor of practice at the Jack C. Massey College of Business. He spent two decades with iconic American manufacturers, including as general manager of York Vehicle Operations at Harley-Davidson and EVP of operations at Fender Musical Instruments.
Magee is a US Naval Academy graduate and former Marine lieutenant colonel and combat naval aviator.
