Debra L. von Storch is the board chair for the NACD North Texas Chapter. A senior executive and retired EY partner with four decades of experience, she has guided companies through every stage of their growth journey—from startup to global Fortune 500 enterprises.

During her tenure at EY, von Storch served as the Americas director for the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year program, overseeing innovation and entrepreneurship initiatives across 11 countries. She brings an entrepreneurial mindset to the boardroom, having chaired the audit and compensation committees for Nasdaq-listed companies. Her extensive background includes global business leadership, strategic tax and transaction planning, and capital market activities.

von Storch is NACD Directorship Certified® and currently serves on several boards, including the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Foundation and the Women’s President Organization (WPO) Zenith I Chapter. She is a certified public accountant and holds a BBA in finance and accounting from the University of North Texas.
