Chris is a principal in Deloitte’s Cyber and Strategic Risk practice, leads the Life Sciences & Healthcare (LSHC) Strategic Risk team, and is based in Morristown, NJ. His focus is working to help organizations better address enterprise risk through more advanced approaches to risk management including analytics, technology enablement including automation and integrated processes and systems. Chris has lead enterprise risk projects across various clients and situations, from new program development and advancement along with specific areas of enhancements. Chris is also the Lead Risk & Financial Services Advisory Partner on several Global Life Science & Medical Device companies, as well as the Global Lead Client Services Partner for a top 10 medical device company. Chris has 35 years of experience, across all sectors of the health care industry including the public sector, with strategy development, financial forecasting & modeling, business planning, operational performance improvement, M&A and enterprise risk management. Chris has also spent time on the development of business strategy and operating plans for the creation and growth of technology-enabled health care organizations. Prior to management consulting, Chris began his career in a National healthcare system as a management engineer with a focus on operations improvement, analytics and business intelligence. He continues to work periodically with tax-exempt along with publicly traded health companies in the Healthcare Industry. In addition to his professional career at Deloitte, Chris currently serves on several not-for-profit Boards including as an officer and founder. He has an MBA and a BS in Management Science, with a Computer Science minor.
