Bruce Lee is a former transformational CIO / CTO / COO for large national and international Financial Services and Healthcare Payer companies.  He is currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for ActiveOps and provides independent IT advisory services through his company, LEEBRAdvisory.

Most recently at Centene Corporation, as the former SVP, CTO, Bruce was responsible for leading a staff of 3k, covering end-user, infrastructure, security, IT service management, IT Finance, International IT and enterprise architecture. Bruce oversaw the Zscaler deployment and relationship, reaching 100k users with leverage across the Zscaler platform.

Prior to Centene, Bruce held technology C-Suite leadership roles at Fannie Mae, NYSE Euronext, HSBC Securities and BNP Paribas.. At Fannie Mae, Bruce served as the CIO and CTO delivering multiple strategic projects, establishing core data, accounting, and infrastructure platforms that formed the basis for a subsequent move to an Agile/DevOps structure.  He deployed APIs, AI, and RPA tooling, saving $250M annually and worked directly with the board to structure the information security risk appetite and reporting metrics

Highlights of his success include: building the systems and controls that supported the multiple waves of global derivatives businesses from dealing rooms and data centers to modern stack trading systems, modernizing the secondary mortgage market technology to use data and risk technology to speed up mortgage approvals,  integrating the IT teams, data centers and systems from multiple acquisitions while deploying an industry leading benchmarked hybrid cloud platform, that supported Centene as one of the fastest growing $100B+ companies of all time.

Bruce earned his BSc in Computer Science from University of Hertfordshire, England, serves as a mentor at Columbia and Northeastern University for IT leadership students and is on the International Advisory Board of the UK's Open University School of Business and Law. He currently resides in eastern PA..
