Robert (Bob) Calderoni is a seasoned technology executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning many segments in the technology industry including, cloud software, semi conductor and AI infrastructure industries. Throughout his distinguished career, Calderoni has served as Chairman, CEO, and CFO for some of the world's most influential public and private technology companies.

Currently, he serves as Chairman of the Board at KLA Corporation, a leading semiconductor equipment company, and as a member of the board of directors at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), a global technology provider fueling modern AI infrastructure.

Prior to his current roles, Calderoni held top leadership positions across the enterprise software ecosystem. He served as Chairman and CEO of Citrix Systems, a leading software infrastructure provider, and as Chairman and CEO of Ariba, a pioneering cloud applications company. Following SAP’s acquisition of Ariba, he took on the role of President of SAP’s Cloud Business. Earlier in his career, he built a foundational track record in corporate finance as Senior Vice President of Finance at Apple and as CFO of the IBM Storage Solutions business.

An expert in corporate governance, Calderoni has also served as Chairman of the Board for Anaplan and LogMeIn, and as a member of the board at Juniper Networks.
