Ashley is the Senior Vice President of AI Risk and Advisory within Lockton’s U.S. Cyber and Technology Practice. In this role, she operates at the intersection of AI-related risk, coverage interpretation and development, governance, and additional executive-level client advisory. Her responsibilities include leading these AI efforts in collaboration with Lockton’s Risk Solutions teams across all lines of coverage.

Ashley recognizes that as AI and other technology-enabled exposures continue to evolve and amplify the risk landscape, a proactive approach which pairs advisory and cross-coverage collaboration is essential. She works to engage and educate clients — as well as push these initiatives through carrier and consultant relationships — to support AI-informed risk advisory and insurance solutions.

As a member of the Professional and Executive Risk team for more than a decade, Ashley also provides unparalleled service to her clients, including large private and public firms. She is familiar with placing management liability insurance programs with Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Commercial Crime, Kidnap and Ransom, Cyber Privacy/Security Liability, Technology E&O, and other Errors and Omissions coverages. Ashley specifically works with clients to 
ensure their policies are drafted in a manner to avoid dispute and maximize available coverage.

Prior to joining Lockton in 2015, Ashley worked for six years as a litigator representing carriers in insurance coverage litigation arising from catastrophic commercial property loss. She has experience representing clients in all aspects of such litigation and her legal practice specifically focused on novel insurance coverage issues often involving large business interruption claims.
