Ashley joined Lockton in 2015 after working for six years as a litigator representing carriers in insurance coverage litigation arising from catastrophic commercial property loss. She has experience representing clients in all aspects of such litigation and her legal practice specifically focused on novel insurance coverage issues often involving large business interruption claims. At Lockton, Ashley serves as a Unit Manager, Account Executive within the Financial Services and Cyber Technologies practices. In that role, she provides unparalleled service to her clients, including mid to large public and private firms. Her responsibilities include placing management liability insurance programs with Directors and Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Commercial Crime, Kidnap & Ransom, Cyber/Privacy Liability, and Errors and Omissions coverage. Ashley specifically works with clients to ensure their policies are drafted in a manner to avoid coverage disputes and maximize available coverage. Additionally, Ashley is a member of the national Lockton Financial Services Claims Practice group, and in that capacity serves as a resource to clients to help resolve any claims problems they encounter. Ashley is also a member of Lockton’s Emerging Asset Protection (“LEAP”) team.
