Arlene Yocum has been a Director for The Glenmede Trust Company, N.A. since 2019. Ms. Yocum chairs the Board’s Audit Committee and serves on the Executive, Nominating, and Relationship Oversight Committees. She was elected to The Glenmede Corporation Board in 2022.

Ms. Yocum received a Bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law.

In 2017, she retired as Executive Vice President of PNC Bank. Ms. Yocum held a variety of management and executive positions with PNC’s Asset Management Group (AMG), including Managing Executive of AMG Client Service, Managing Executive of PNC’s Institutional Investment Group, Senior Vice President with PNC’s Private Banking Group, head of PNC’s Corporate Trust Division and Senior Legal Counsel.

Ms. Yocum is also a Director of Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., AAA Club Alliance and CSAA Insurance Group. She previously served as Director of Hamilton Lane Alliance Holdings, AK Steel Holding Corporation, Key Energy Services, Protection One Alarm Monitoring Inc., and Integrated Alarm Services Group. Ms. Yocum also served as President of the Community College of Philadelphia Foundation and Vice Chair of the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Association of Corporate Directors.
