Andrew is Senior Director and Head of Columbia Threadneedle Investments’ Corporate Governance Team. He joined CTI from the Carbon Tracker Initiative think tank, where he was Head of Stewardship. Prior to that, Andrew advised public and private C-suites and boards on material corporate governance and sustainability matters at Russell Reynolds Associates after having worked on the investment stewardship and corporate governance teams at both BNY Mellon and Nuveen (f/k/a TIAA). A Northeastern University School of Law graduate, Andrew is also currently an officer in the United States Army Reserve advising on economic, financial, governance, and regulatory matters.
