

Amy Weaver
Incoming Chief Executive Officer, Direct Relief
Amy Weaver will be joining Direct Relief as Chief Executive Officer in May. Prior to joining Direct Relief, Amy spent nearly 12 years at Salesforce, Inc. where she led the global finance organization as President and Chief Financial Officer, the global legal and corporate affairs organization as Chief Legal Officer, and oversaw many different functions across the business including Global Communications, Real Estate and Workplace Services, Corporate Development, Accessibility, Government Affairs, Audit, and Ethics & Compliance.
Prior to Salesforce, Amy was an EVP and General Counsel at Univar and SVP and Deputy General Counsel at the Expedia Group. She worked as a lawyer in private practice in with Cravath, Swaine & Moore (Hong Kong/New York) and Perkins Coie (Seattle). She also served as a legislative aide to a member of the Hong Kong Legislative Council and as a clerk on the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Amy currently serves on the board of directors of McDonald’s, Inc. and Habitat for Humanity International. She has previously served on the board of Lehigh University. She is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Amy holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Wellesley College.
