Alicja Cade is senior director in Google Cloud's of the Office of the Chief Information Security Officer (OCISO), where she a leads the financial services sector and shapes cloud security and compliance approaches. She partners closely with GCP clients on security transformation and drives the OCISO Customer Advocacy Program to empower C-Suites and Boards with top-tier security expertise.

Cade has worked over 25 years in the information and cybersecurity field. She previously held CISO positions at major financial institutions like UBS (CISO Americas and Global Head of Data Confidentiality Operations) and Credit Suisse (CISO for Investment Banking, Group Functions, and Americas). Earlier in her career, she helped build the financial services IT and Cyber Risk Practices at Coopers & Lybrand and PwC in the UK and US.

Cade is a recognized voice in the cybersecurity community, having chaired the Institute of International Bankers (IIB) Information Security and Operational Resilience Committee. She's also an active member of the Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) Financial Services Leadership Council and CxO Trust Advisory Council, teaches as an adjunct professor at Columbia's School of International and Public Affairs (SIPA), and serves as a member of the Advisory Board at CapitalG.
