David Hood has served on Fathom Realty’s board since May 2019. He was an audit partner at Ernst & Young from 2005 until his retirement in 2015. Prior to that, Hood was the vice president of finance at Quintiles Americas, currently known as IQVIA Holdings Inc., a leading global provider of contract research services, from 1993 to 2000, where he helped take the company public. Hood received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Guilford College and is a Certified Public Accountant. His experience in taking organizations public, raising capital, merger and acquisition transactions, and financial acumen makes him a valuable director.
