Post-Proxy Compensation Trends

Fresh out of proxy season, this roundtable discussion will focus on how companies addressed compensation challenges in their 2024 proxies arising from new regulations, proxy advisors, and their shareholders. We will also cover important regulatory and disclosure issues including the FTC’s non-compete ban, the SEC’s proposed enhanced human capital disclosures and FASB’s proposed expansion of employee compensation disclosures.
