This members-only Leadership Exchange Forum is hosted by Grant Thornton.
Boards and audit committees are increasingly focused on how organizations can capture the value of artificial intelligence while maintaining appropriate governance, internal controls, accountability, auditability, and alignment with enterprise risk appetite.
This interactive Leadership Exchange Forum will explore the intersection of AI, accounting, financial reporting, legal considerations, and internal controls, creating a thoughtful, practical discussion for members.
Following brief opening perspectives from the panelists, the program will transition to facilitated questions and substantial audience discussion focused on AI governance and risk from the board and audit committee perspective.
