Join this member-only roundtable for a peer-to-peer discussion on the top agenda items for the Audit Committee.

From risk assessment of emerging technologies and cyber threats, financial oversight in a turbulent economy, discussion of common audit findings and how to prevent them and keeping a watchful eye on new regulations, the Audit Committee is often the first stop for the most complex issues in a corporation. The session is designed for current and aspiring members of publicly traded and private corporate Audit Committees.

The conversation will be facilitated by Dewayne Southern, Audit Services Partner and Office Managing Partner of Grant Thornton’s Raleigh office, and Matthew McCleary, Audit Services Partner.
