NACD Philadelphia is very pleased to present a special opportunity to engage in a cyber incident table top exercise designed specifically for board directors and corporate executives. Led by consulting, insurance, and legal experts in crisis preparation and response, this simulation will immerse participants in an unfolding cyber crisis inspired by real-world incidents and up-to-the-minute cyber threat intelligence.
As a team, participants will role play through key moments in the crisis response and will consider priorities such as internal and external communication strategies, board and executive decision-making authority, and regulatory reporting requirements. This interactive and immersive experience will help board directors and corporate executives better understand the changing cyber threat landscape and evaluate their companies’ cyber incident response preparedness.
The program will be led by the following expert speakers:
Kristin M. Hadgis, Partner at Morgan Lewis
Deborah Hirschorn, U.S. Cyber & Technology Claims Leader at Lockton Companies
Adam Malone, Global Head of Acute Events in the Cyber Risk Practice at Kroll
Please note that capacity for this event will be limited so do not delay registering for this program.
