Since our first program on this topic last October the intensity of the discourse and the actions by courts, the Delaware legislature, certain States, and corporations, have multiplied.

We are now even more convinced that board members need to understand the broad outline of the debate about the issues facing companies regarding their incorporation, as other states are moving with rapidity, intent, and focus to attract greater share of company incorporations.

Our panel comprises experts from two states, Texas and Nevada, which are at the forefront of this revolution, and a professor from NYU, who will expound on questions that board members should be asking:
