Join NACD Northwest Chapter and RSM for a discussion focusing on risk assessment and how boards and corporate compliance collaborate with industry experts to ensure that key elements of risk are identified and incorporated into strategic planning.

A panel of experts will explore key elements of risk management and oversight, including:

  • The board’s role in risk management and oversight

  • The company’s role in identifying and managing risk

  • The role of external advisors

  • Collaboration among the board, management, and advisors in risk management

  • Considering what is “required” in the risk reporting arena
