Please join NACD Northwest Chapter and Davis Wright Tremaine for an in-person, interactive program on CEO succession on Jan. 29, 2025, from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Bellevue Club.

Three public- and private-company directors will discuss their lessons learned with both well-planned and well-executed CEO succession processes as well as circumstances when CEO succession was largely unplanned or abrupt.

As one of the most critical and challenging board of director responsibilities, this discussion will provide valuable insights for all independent directors.
