Please join the NACD Northwest Chapter for a candid and insightful conversation with Christiana Smith Shi, a seasoned executive who, as president, led Nike’s retail and e-commerce business globally and grew the business to $8 billion during her tenure. Today, Smith Shi serves on the public board of UPS Inc. and the private board of Columbia Sportswear Co. She previously served on the boards of Mondelēz International, Williams-Sonoma Inc. and West Marine. She is the founder of Lovejoy Advisors LLC, an advisory services firm focused on digitally transforming consumer and retail businesses.
In this fireside chat, we’ll explore Smith Shi’s journey serving on corporate boards and her insights on digital transformation, strategic oversight, and effective board culture. The event will be held at Amaterra, a stunning venue nestled in the West Hills just minutes from downtown Portland. After the conversation, connect with fellow directors over wine and bites while taking in breathtaking views of the Willamette Valley.
Don’t miss this chance to gain wisdom from one of Portland’s most seasoned leaders and elevate your governance journey.
