Boards are being pushed on multiple fronts at once, from executive pay decisions to AI risk to workforce performance under pressure. Leading Minds of Governance & Tech brings directors together for a focused, one-day program built around those exact challenges. You will hear directly from experts, test your thinking in a live tabletop exercise, and compare approaches with peers.
Two Northwest board leaders will join the conversation at NACD’s Leading Minds of Governance & Tech on July 22 in Bellevue:
- Carol Kobuke Nelson, board director and former public-company CEO, brings deep expertise in banking, fintech, and regulation. She serves on the boards of Wise, Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines and Delta Dental of Washington.
- Annie Young-Scrivner, board director and former CEO, is known for scaling and transforming global brands. She serves on the board of YUM! Brands and has led major turnarounds as CEO of Wella Company and GODIVA, following earlier leadership at Starbucks.
Engage directly with industry experts in an interactive session covering emerging tech, cybersecurity, audit oversight, and compensation—designed to deliver practical insights you can apply immediately in the boardroom. If you want a clearer view of what matters now and how other boards are handling it, this is where those conversations happen.
This program is available to NACD members and nonmembers.
