As artificial intelligence rapidly transforms business operations, boards are being asked to separate the hype from the reality, especially when it comes to their oversight responsibilities.
This session brings together leading technical, legal, and regulatory experts who have advised some of the region's largest corporations to help director's cut through the AI hype and understand what matters when serving on board committees. During the session, you will hear real-world perspectives from those serving or advising corporate boards on how to harness AI for better decision-making as it relates to audit (risk, fraud, internal controls), compensation & HR (workforce analytics, pay equity, performance, succession planning), and nomination & governance (board recruitment, compliance monitoring, governance).
The event will be streamed online and will also be hosted at the offices of RSM in Seattle for those that can join in person.
