About The Event
On May 7th, we hosted an exceptional evening celebrating Northern California honorees and alumni of the 2025 NACD Directorship 100™ at the Stanford Faculty Club.
It was a privilege to bring together such an accomplished community of board directors, governance leaders, and innovators for an evening focused on leadership, governance, and connection.
A highlight of the evening was the fireside conversation with Ira Ehrenpreis and our guest speaker, who shared candid perspectives on leadership, navigating change, long-term thinking, and the evolving role of boards today.
Congratulations again to all of the Directorship 100™ honorees, including Jack Lazar, who was awarded Private Company Director of the Year, as well as the distinguished alumni who joined us to celebrate the strength and impact of governance leadership across our region.
Thank you to our board of directors, Ira Ehrenpreis, Claudia Fan Munce, Alison Davis, Jack Lazar, Gary Strong, Robin Washington, Maggie Wilderotter, Melinda Yee Franklin, and Laurie Yoler, for their leadership, guidance, and continued commitment to strengthening our director community, and also to our Leadership Council for attending.
We’d also like to recognize our leadership council, as well as Kimberly Simpson and Julie Pitts from NACD, for joining us for the evening.
