Today's Activism
Our December Signature Series Event, “Today’s Activism,” brought together an engaging audience for a timely discussion on the evolving nature of shareholder and social activism. Panelists John Stephens, Independent Director and former SVP & CFO of AT&T, and Val Mack, Managing Director of Strategic Communications, Activism & Governance at FTI Consulting, shared their valuable insights on how “vote no” campaigns and broader activism trends are influencing board composition and governance across sectors.
