Join us for a unique simulation exercise where you will experience firsthand how a board’s plan to address these crises unfolds in action. In this interactive workshop, NACD NY members will work together as a board of directors, developing responses, evaluating preparedness, and considering the consequences of their actions or inaction in the face of such sophisticated digital threats.

Kaitlin Kikalo and Tim Ragones, managing directors at Joele Frank, along with Clare McCarrick, Head of Public Company D&O for the East zone for AIG and Holly Gregory from Sidley Austin, will guide the simulation and discuss the far-reaching ramifications of the decisions made throughout the exercise.
