About The Event
KPMG and NACD New Jersey chapter's fall peer exchange was hosted on December 3,2025.
This forum provided an opportunity to participate in a candid, off-the-record discussion with other board members on key issues and challenges impacting board oversight today. The agenda is focused on the role of the nominating and governance committee in overseeing the committee structure, managing the committee agenda, and succession planning for board leadership.
