This forum provided an opportunity to participate in a candid, off-the-record discussion with other board members on key issues and challenges impacting board oversight today.  KPMG facilitated the discussion, and the agenda focused on the role of the nominating and governance committee in overseeing the committee structure, managing the committee agenda, and succession planning for board leadership.
