About The Event
It’s time to start preparing for next proxy season. What have we learned? What can we expect? This roundtable discussion will focus on the compensation challenges companies are facing and how companies are preparing their 2026 proxies to address those challenges in light of evolving proxy advisor perspectives and shareholder interests.
Mike Marino and Marco Pizzitola of FW Cook will lead a discussion with compensation committee members, and other interested NACD members.
