Quincy Miller is the Vice Chair, President, and COO of Eastern Bank. Eastern Bank is a full-service commercial and retail bank with $26.0 billion in total assets and over 100 banking locations serving communities in eastern Massachusetts, southern and coastal New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Eastern is also proud to be the largest community bank in MA and one of the 10 most philanthropic companies in the Commonwealth. Quincy focuses on helping lead the bank’s overall strategic direction and continuing our legacy of serving our customers, colleagues, and communities for over 200 years.
Quincy is committed to supporting the communities where he lives and works. He serves on the Boards of Directors for Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA, The Boys and Girls Club of Boston, Nector CDFI (Community Development Financial Institutions), and NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) New England. He is Emeritus of Bottom Line, The Greater Boston Food Bank, and The Urban League of Eastern MA. He is also a founding member and Vice Chair of The New Commonwealth Fund.
He has been recognized by the Boston Business Journal as a “Power 50 Most Influential and Impactful Leaders in Boston”, multiple years as “The 100 Most Influential People in Boston” by Boston Magazine and as an inaugural member of the GK100 “Most Influential People of Color in Boston” by Get Konnected. A special honor was the Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Breakfast’s “MLK 50th Anniversary Award” for his community commitment, which expresses Dr. King’s commitment to justice and equity.
Quincy graduated from Lafayette College, where he earned a B.A. in Economics and Business, where he currently serves on the Board of Trustees. He is also a graduate of the Consumer Bankers Association’s Executive Banking School. Having graduated from the school early in his career, he is now proud to serve on the National Board of Directors for the Consumer Bankers Association as Immediate Past Chair.
Quincy and his wife, Jenna, have two children.
