The NACD New England Chapter, The Roux Institute at Northeastern University and the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce are pleased to present a special Visionaries event celebrating the far-reaching vision of Maine and New England business leaders.
The event will bring together CEOs from a diverse set of Maine businesses together with key leaders from State Government to discuss how businesses in the region are navigating the new world of uncertainty. From changing patterns of trade and tariffs to AI and emerging technologies.
For boards and their directors, building an agile and resilient environment has never been as important as it is today. Decisions made today will have widespread impacts. Some decisions lead to consequences that cannot be predicted or clearly defined. What framework for decision-making have leading boards adopted in the current environment? What are the current issues at the top of boards’ agendas? What do boards need to understand? How can they stay current and where should they focus?
