Boards of directors are being forced to navigate an increasingly complex global landscape in an era defined by rapid geopolitical shifts. Corporate directors are contemplating how issues such as supply chain exposure, regulatory pressures, cybersecurity, capital allocation, and workforce demographic changes are influencing long‑term strategy and the need for oversight.
This program brings together experienced board members from multinational companies for a candid, practical discussion about how geopolitical uncertainty is reshaping boardroom agendas.
The conversation will focus on how boards can strengthen their preparedness without becoming reactive or politicized. Panelists will share real‑world examples of how they evaluate geopolitical risk, integrate it into enterprise risk management, and ensure management teams are equipped to respond to fast‑moving global events.
Designed for directors and executives, session offers a rare opportunity to hear directly from board members who are grappling with these issues in real time. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of how geopolitics is influencing corporate decision‑making—and the questions they should be asking in their boardrooms.
