About The Event
Participants joined an exclusive fireside chat with the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Citizens Financial Group, Inc., a leading global banking institution, for a candid discussion on navigating a rapidly shifting geo-economic landscape.
As geopolitical tensions, evolving trade dynamics, inflationary pressures, and regulatory complexity continued to reshape global markets, attendees gained insight into how business leaders and boards adapted their strategies, strengthened risk oversight, and evolved governance models in real time. The conversation highlighted how a CEO set strategic direction, built organizational resilience, and drove performance amid uncertainty — and how boards effectively governed, constructively challenged, and supported management in an increasingly complex economic environment.
Participants came away with practical perspectives from a seasoned global banking leader on what it took to lead and govern successfully in today’s interconnected world.
This event was held on April 21, 2026 at the Citizens Bank Johnston Campus in Rhode Island.
