About The Event
NACD New England partnered with The Fletcher School at Tufts University to deliver an exclusive series on global risk, strategy, and leadership skill-building.
At the first annual Global Strategy Retreat—an in-person executive leadership program hosted at The Fletcher School at Tufts University—participants learned how to convert global contextual risk into strategic advantage. Through sessions led by Fletcher faculty and peer collaboration, corporate directors explored a framework for diagnosing risk, anticipating alternative futures, and applying strategic discipline.
The program reframed global risk management from a compliance exercise into a strategic capability, equipping directors with tools to understand geopolitical, geo-economic, and geotechnological forces and their impacts on long-term value creation. The full-day summit opened with a working dinner on Monday, March 30.
