In today’s age, technology is driving new ways for companies to grow their business.  While AI is certainly key, there are other options and methods companies are using-whether it be through social media; digital marketing; or other new technologies. With new technologies also comes the need for a Board of Directors to understand what these technologies are, how they are used and what are the best ways to handle oversight of the risks?  NACD New England is partnering with the Roux Institute at Northeastern University and the Portland Regional Chamber of Commerce to bring you this event.  What are some of those actions that a company can take and what is the role of the Board of Directors?
