About The Event
Participants examined how Agentic AI is evolving from “copilots” to autonomous digital workers capable of executing workflows with limited human oversight—creating significant opportunity alongside new governance, risk, and control challenges. Drawing on Salesforce’s Agentforce experience, the session provided directors with a practical oversight lens on trust, accountability, workforce implications, and potential business-model disruption.
Through discussion and applied learning, participants gained a clearer understanding of the board’s role in overseeing AI strategy, risk frameworks, and responsible deployment. This program is an annual, interactive case study led by Suraj Srinivasan of Harvard Business School, enabling participants to apply governance principles to a real-world scenario.
This event was held at the 200 Club in Boston on May 12, 2026.
