About The Event
This program was designed for directors serving on public company boards and focused on the strategic and governance issues they are navigating today. Participants explored leading practices and practical insights across corporate strategy, complex risk oversight, fiduciary duties, audit committee priorities, shareholder activism and investor engagement, corporate governance, emerging technologies, and executive compensation. The program equipped directors with actionable perspectives to strengthen board oversight and enhance long-term value creation.
