About The Event
August 26, 2026 |The Governors Club in Brentwood, TN>
Family enterprises take many forms, such as operating companies, family offices, and trusts, and each brings its own governance challenges and opportunities. This program explored how directors can best contribute across these distinct structures. Through a panel of experienced board members, advisors, and family-enterprise leaders, participants gained clarity on the roles, responsibilities, and best practices that define effective governance in each context, and how thoughtful governance sustains family legacy while enabling professional eadership and long-term success.
