Kim Holleman is a seasoned business leader with more than 30 years of experience in finance, audit, risk management, and governance at EY. As an audit partner, she led client service, business development, people, quality, and portfolio oversight matters while working with executive teams and audit committees across development-stage organizations, private equity-backed companies, and Fortune 500 enterprises. Her experience spans retail, manufacturing, restaurant, technology, and health care, as well as public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other complex transactions.

She is a member of the Middle Tennessee State University Accounting Advisory Board, where she served as board chair and received the Distinguished Alumni Award. Kim also served on the board of CABLE Nashville, including as chair for Women on Corporate Boards, and coordinated and co-led the CABLE Corporate Board Academy, a program focused on preparing board-ready women for corporate board roles.

Kim recently chaired the NACD Nashville Sponsorship Council and continues to work closely with NACD Nashville to advance director education, peer engagement, and boardroom effectiveness.
