NACD’s Cyber-Risk Oversight for Corporate Directors brought directors together for two live virtual sessions focused on strengthening board-level cybersecurity oversight using the principles from The Director’s Handbook on Cyber-Risk Oversight (5th edition). Through hands-on simulations, governance exercises, and candid peer discussion, participants explored how boards can improve cyber readiness, oversee incident response, evaluate emerging technology risks, and fulfill evolving fiduciary and disclosure responsibilities with greater discipline and confidence.
