Artificial intelligence is rapidly reshaping healthcare and health insurance, creating new opportunities to improve patient outcomes, member experiences, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
For boards, however, the challenge extends beyond technology adoption. Directors are increasingly expected to oversee AI-related opportunities and risks while navigating evolving regulatory requirements, cybersecurity concerns, ethical considerations, and stakeholder expectations.
Join NACD Minnesota and RSM for a virtual governance primer designed to help directors build foundational AI fluency and understand the implications of emerging technologies in healthcare.
The program will provide practical insight on how AI is transforming healthcare, the opportunities and risks shaping the landscape, and board considerations for effective AI oversight, while preparing participants to continue the conversation during the September 10 board panel discussion.
