Board and audit committee responsibilities are complicated by a number of new laws, regulations, and risks.
We have assembled an expert panel to discuss and help you better understand a number of these hot issues. These include the new Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) rules on cyberbreach disclosures, status of proposed SEC climate disclosure rules, and the recent California climate disclosure rules. The panel will also discuss the impact of proposed guidance from the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board on the auditing of compliance with laws and regulations, where the market for cyber risk insurance stands, and whether your company is prepared to respond to a cyberbreach or ransomware event.
