About The Event
In 2022, the US Securities and Exchange Commission published a proposed rule regarding climate-related reporting requirements for public companies.
Despite over 15,000 comments and considerable pushback, it is anticipated that a finalized rule will be provided soon. Certain states have introduced bills recently that could impact ESG reporting. In 2023, the world looks quite different, with significant inflation and recessionary pressures, geo-political tensions, a divided Congress, and a rise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) activism. Are disclosures going to look different? Join this program, where our highly experienced directors will discuss the heightened focus on evolving ESG factors, including climate change; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and supply chain management.
