From September 9 to 11, NACD convened lead independent directors, audit chairs, and nominating & governance chairs in London for a confidential Board Leader Exchange. Over three days, participants engaged in candid, director-to-director dialogue with peers from the Fortune 500, FTSE 100, and large-cap European companies—gaining tested strategies, fresh vantage points, and actionable insights on the most pressing governance challenges facing today’s boards.
