Overheard?
🏓 Policy Ping-Pong, Preparedness Pays. Policy shifts are no longer the exception. Resilient leaders scenario-plan and stress-test to stay steady when the bounce comes.
🤖 Productivity Proof, Principles First. AI delivers real value when results are measured and guided by clear ethical guardrails.
🤝 Proximity Powers Performance. Purposeful in-person moments drive collaboration, mentoring, and momentum in ways virtual tools can’t match.
These and several other lessons learned in this session remind us that boards and leaders don’t thrive by predicting the future perfectly—but by preparing boldly, adapting quickly, and learning collectively!
NACD Chicago Chapter: Relationship-Driven. Results-Delivered.
