With more than 30 years of experience, she is a strategic architect for multi-billion dollar brands in healthcare, financial services, and retail—specializing in modernizing legacy business models through advanced analytics and digital transformation.

In her current governance portfolio, Dorlisa serves as a Trustee for CuraCor Solutions and Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, where she anchors its Strategy Working Group, applying a consumer-centric lens to the state’s largest health insurer. Her board service spans public, private, and non-profit structures, including Sally Beauty Holdings (NYSE: SBH) and United States Cold Storage. She recently guided the successful sales of SpartanNash (Nasdaq: SPTN) and Hibbett (Nasdaq: HIBB) to strategic buyers at substantial premiums.
