About The Event
AI has moved from experimentation to an enterprise imperative—yet many initiatives stall after early productivity wins. In this session, we focused on the shift from “time saved” to meaningful, measurable ROI and durable transformation: how to select the right use cases, quantify value, and scale responsibly across the organization while managing governance, risk, and regulatory expectations.
We walked through practical oversight frameworks and leading standards used to govern AI across its lifecycle (e.g., NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 23894, ISO 42001, and key themes from emerging regulation such as transparency, accountability, and human oversight). Attendees saw detailed, real-world-style use case patterns (e.g., finance, compliance, operations) and live demonstrations that explore where the market is headed.
Attendees left with actionable boardroom-ready guidance: the questions directors should ask, a simple ROI scorecard and metrics structure, and a governance checklist to accelerate outcomes without increasing risk.
